Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Spokane, WA. The Project Manager is responsible for managing each product or project after the sale, ensuring a successful outcome from the point of sale through shipping and/or installation.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of post-sales project management, with the goal of achieving successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Develop a fundamental understanding of customer needs.
  • Understand the roles of each functional department, assess risks, develop solutions, implement changes, and communicate across departments.
  • Collaborate directly with Engineering and customers during the discovery and development phases of projects.
  • Obtain final drawing approvals from customers.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Work with Finance to ensure project funding is secured and critical information is delivered.
  • Coordinate product packaging, shipping, labeling, and manage related inspections.
  • Create and share formal milestone project schedules as required.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with the fabrication team and all departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, design engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering is a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
