The original SealVac set the standard for vacuum fuel recovery. The eSealVac is its all-electric successor: a fully self-contained 600-gallon fuel drain system that eliminates the need for external compressed air. Powered by a 24VDC battery system with onboard solar charging, the eSealVac operates anywhere on the flight line, on the ramp, or at a remote maintenance site without towing a compressor or running air lines.

Fully electric with no external air supply needed. 25 GPM transfer rate into a 600-gallon double-walled stainless steel tank. Recovered fuel passes through cyclone pre-filtration to separate debris and moisture before storage. Power is sustained by a solar battery system with four Optima BlueTOP 12V deep cycle batteries. Vacuum plates, suction hoses, and onboard tool storage included.
